I’m a first-timer and I’m nervous. What should I expect?

Don't worry—you’re our favorite kind of customer! Expect a bright, clean, and professional environment. Our staff are trained to be helpful without being "pushy" or judgmental. We treat our shop like a wellness boutique.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Absolutely! They are a popular choice for bachelorette parties, anniversaries, or "just because." They can be purchased in-store.

What sizes do you carry?

We are proud to be a size-inclusive boutique. We carry XS through 5X across our lingerie, costumes, and dancewear collections.

Can I try things on?

Yes! We have private, spacious dressing rooms. For hygiene reasons, we require that all undergarments be tried on over your own personal underwear.

What is your return policy on clothing?

Due to the intimate nature of our products and health regulations, all sales on lingerie and dancewear are final. We highly recommend using our fitting rooms to ensure the perfect fit before purchasing.

How do I know which toy is right for me?

Our staff are industry experts. If you tell us what kind of "sensation" you like (rumbly, buzzy, pinpointed, or broad), we can point you toward the best-sellers. We also have floor models (for your hands only!) so you can feel the vibration patterns and textures before buying.

What is "App-Connected" play?

These are toys that pair with your smartphone via Bluetooth. You can control them yourself, or "hand over the remote" to a partner anywhere in the world. They are perfect for long-distance relationships or adding a "surprise" element to your night out.

What kind of lubricant should I use?

Water-Based: Safe for everything. Essential for silicone toys.

Silicone-Based: Great for water play or long-lasting sessions, but never use it with silicone toys, as it will damage the material.

🏫 Workshops & Events

Do I need to be "advanced" to attend a workshop?

Not at all! Our classes range from "101 Basics" to specialized techniques. Every class is designed to be inclusive, respectful, and fun for everyone from singles to couples.

Are the workshops private?

Our classrooms are located in a private area of the store away from the general shopping floor. What happens in the classroom stays in the classroom!
