Orders not collected within 7 days may be restocked and refunded at our discretion. We are not responsible for orders not collected due to customer error in scheduling or availability.
W.E.L.P. (Wonky Eye Leather Products) items are handcrafted to order by artisan Mike Menard. Production and shipping timelines vary based on order complexity and current workload. Due to the adult nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product leaves our store, we cannot verify its condition or use, and our vendors do not accept returns on our behalf. We appreciate your understanding.
